Ying Ying

Ying Ying (Bergen, Norway) — Concept, Identity, and Menu Redevelopment (2024-present)

Brought in four months after opening, I led a full-scale rebranding for Ying Ying—a modern culinary concept in Bergen. Tasked with transforming a struggling venture, I crafted a unique, replicable identity—redesigning the menu, standardizing operations, and elevating the brand’s creative direction. The result was a clear culinary vision aligned with high-quality execution. Today, Ying Ying stands as one of Bergen’s culinary icons. The restaurant doubled its average ticket from ~500 NOK to ~1100 NOK, garnered glowing press, and achieved top ratings across review platforms. It’s now recognized for its refined, creative cuisine and stands as a model of quality and innovation.
