Mooncakerie is a specialty Asian patisserie concept built around creative mooncakes—treating the format not as a seasonal tradition, but as a modern pastry platform for bold flavor design, premium gifting, and cultural storytelling. I developed the concept end-to-end: from product vision and menu architecture to brand identity and packaging direction, positioning mooncakes as collectible, high-craft items with contemporary appeal.
The concept is currently being tested through pop-up formats, allowing real-world validation of customer response, pricing, and product/packaging desirability. The brand is slated for a full launch next year, with a clear focus on premium presentation, playful innovation, and a distinct Asian-inspired identity built for international audiences.
